It was held yesterday at the headquarters of the Barni Racing Team, the official presentation of the 2012 season. Many, including sponsors and employees, the invitees who attended the event with a special guest: Ernesto Marinelli, Project Director for Ducati Superbike.

For the occasion were presented pilots, technical staff and formalized the commitments of the team that will see the participation of:

• Ivan Goi and Simone Saltarelli into the CIV Stock 1000

• Matthew and Luke Conforti Baiocco into the CIV Superbike

• Eddi La Marra and Lorenzo Savadori into the World Cup Stock 1000. Lorenzo Savadori also supported by the FMI will also be taking part of the glorious project Team Italy

During the event were presented the new bike liveries designed by BABOL communication which will manage also this year the image and communication of BarniRacing Team.

“We are very happy to start the new season,” said team manager Marco Barnabò. “2011 was a year full of successes and also this year we are not here just to participate. I am happy with the choice made ??as to the drivers – I’m sure they will all be very competitive – and technical staff who will take part in this adventure. I thank the FMI and Pirelli for the confidence they have renewed and in particular the Ducati, with Ernesto Marinelli, Ducati SBK Project Director, that has shown to still believe in our structure as well as in all private teams who have choosen to racing with Ducati. Finally, we thank all our sponsors who made this adventure possible
